Psalm 27:1: "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."
There is a difference between privacy and secrecy. The former comes from a place of awareness and the latter from a place of fear. As Christians, we must be willing to share our worries and concerns with others. We are often tempted to isolate ourselves when facing a challenge or after making a mistake. But the bible tells us to always walk in the light. The devil wants to berate us and condemn us whenever we commit a sin. We cannot allow the devil to condemn us for past mistakes or sins. It is easy to keep replaying the enemy's lies, but when we recognize that he is after our minds, we are able to fight back with the word of God. We must keep fighting and renewing our minds daily. Remember that God has appointed us for such a time, and the devil will try to make us feel unworthy. So we must be willing to fight back with the word of God, pray and fasting. Sometimes, we must also be willing to confess our sins to someone and pray together and most importantly, we must be willing to forgive ourselves and learn from our mistakes.
We must seek the light in all situations you may face, understanding that God has a good plan for our future no matter how unworthy we feel. Our sins or mistakes do not define us, and God's love is not dependent on that. It is not conditional. Knowing this and genuinely believing that God loves us soo much that He gave up His only son for our sins, we should be assured that as long as we repent and turn back to Him, we will always be one with Him.
I pray that we forgive ourselves for our sins and surrender our doubts, fears, and worries to God. I also pray for a deeper relationship with God to freely bear all burdens to Him. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Salvation Prayer: If you stumbled on this blog and you do not know this "God" I write about, but you feel a leading in your spirit to learn more. Well, Welcome! God loves you and has led you here for a reason. If you desire to build a relationship with Him, the first step is to say this prayer below:
Lord Jesus, I come today as a sinner.
I know that I have turned away from You several times.
Today, I confess and repent of all my sins,
I believe You died for me and rose again,
I ask that Your precious Blood purify my life.
I ask that You change me, renew me and lead me.
Become my Lord and personal Savior.
Now, I am yours and I am Born Again.
Thank you Lord for saving me. Amen.
Congratulations, the Bible tells us that every time someone gives their life to God, there is a celebration in heaven over that person; you are loved and celebrated at this moment and forever. Amen!
